Story
It is that time of the year again – time to register for Melanoma Institute Australia’s Melanoma March. This year it will be on the 12 March in Brisbane, but make sure you check out the other dates.
I am a little slow registering ‘Team Dear Melanoma’ this year. I have been so unwell the last month or so and feel that this has been the most difficult time since being diagnosed over 3 years ago with Stage 4 Melanoma.
I am once again faced with treatment not working and not having options. All we can hope for at the moment is, what feels like, the miracle of extra time in hope that something may just pop up for me.
This year I ask you to walk with me and to support my family, friends and I, as I think this March is going to be a tough one. And, of course, raise money for melanoma research.
This year I have organised to have my ‘Dear Melanoma’ logo printed on my favourite Sunbella Parasol that has a UPF Rating of 50+. The perfect accessory for the March.
