Finding a cure for melanoma is close to my heart. It all started with the gorgeous Emma from Dear Melanoma whose story made me cry and as a person, whose way has touched me very deeply. I knew very little about this horrid disease. Emma taught me more about it and the importance of raising money for research...the best way to get rid of it and to help those who have it, live longer. She has raised a impressive $100,000 for melanoma research and has been an ambassador for the Melanoma Institute educating kids in schools and others about this cancer.

Emma is dying. All treatment options have been exhausted. It's excruciatingly sad and wrong. Her big sisters have set up a fund for her and her amazing husband Serge, called Love For Emma. Then there's Jay and his amazing effort to raise money for melanoma research on his Longest Melanoma March.

We'll be donating money raised to the Melanoma Institute Australia through supporting Jay and his Longest March for Melanoma and to Love For Emma.

Tickets are $18 where you'll be sipping bubbles and stuffing pav. Throw in a few goodies to win in a couple of raffles...what a morning!  You'll learn more about Melanoma, how to look for it, what to do if you find it and how to do your best to prevent it.  Sadly we are maxed out for space at 20.
